Installation
  • How do I select which calendar Always Prompt works with?
  • Press "Menu" and select "Calendars". All available Calendars will show up for your selection
  • Is there a way to set the default transportation settings for new events?
  • Under Menu -> Settings -> Transportation Method
  • How can I adjust the number of future appointments displayed?
  • Under Menu -> Settings -> Max Events to Sync

  • Why don't I see my appointment
  • There are a few reasons for not seeing appointments.
    • It is an all day event, and is automatically hidden
    • It is from a different calendar
    • It has expired
    • It was previously hidden by the user
  • How do I bring up the appointment's menu so I can get directions or update the location?
  • Long press on an appointment and the context menu will pop up.
  • How do I remove an event that I don't want tracked or that I have already arrived at?
  • Long press on the appointment and select "Hide Appointment"

  • How can I conserve battery life?
  • You can limit the number of appointments being tracked: Menu -> Settings -> Max Events to Sync

    Also, when you arrive at an appointment or no longer wish to track it, either hide an appointment (long press on appointment -> Hide Appointment) or simply disable it
  • The appointment's location is not being recognized. What can I do?
  • You can use the following format:
    1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC 20500 (White House)

    Or use the built in feature to automatically set the location by long pressing on the appointment -> Change Location
